Intermediate / Advanced Modern Dance workshop (Martha Graham based) with Andreas Constantinou

Description The workshops are structured with two distinct parts. The morning session will be Martha Graham based technique class with a focus on understanding and embodying methods of contraction/release, spiral, fall and recovery.
The afternoon session will consist of learning an extract of a historical Martha Graham repertoire which will give participants an insight into Martha Grahams choreographic work and a deeper understanding of how to use technique in a performative context.
The Saturday and Sunday workshops are structured to be taken together, with Sunday building on the work of Saturday.
