Ego-logical Landscape. 7th-15th May 2011
A week long multimedia installation will greet all visitors, artists and audience members for Performers Festival in Silkeborg. This self-ironic look at artists ego has been created by Andreas and Noelia in a surreal, idiosyncratic and fun transformation of an industrial space.

Something a bit different happened in Aarhus Kunst Bygning this week. It started with a very simple, very clean space. Half black and half white. Two bodies were added and the audience became the artists - moving, painting and creating - see the results

The Home Maker selected for top 10!
60 seconds dance recieved 160 entries from around the world, some were amazing, some were weird. The Home Maker (from Andreas and Noelia) has been selected for the top 10 and will be shown on Danish national TV among other places. Result!

Underworld Alliance takes off in Silkeborg.
Performers House in Silkeborg marks the end of the semester with a production directed and choreographed by Andreas. Twenty three students from the dance and New circus lines performed in what was described as "The best piece yet!" by the højskole. More details

Gothenburg rocked!
A fantastic week building bridges and creating original and crazy work! We loved it so much we are working on a way to go back in the spring! Cecilia Lagerström was one of the best surprises (along with a sofa on wheels!) and we already feel she is part of the HIMHERANDIT Family!

Sweden here we come!
Andreas and Noelia have been invited for a mini-residency in Gothenburg, Sweden. During a week long period they will research new ideas and working with Cecilia Lagerström, director and teacher at The Academy of Music and Drama, Gothenburg as their dramaturg. As part of the exchange of experiences, they will also be teaching professional classes at Danscentrum Vast.

Experiment #1 a great success!
Thanks to the (literally) hundreds of people who came and saw Experiment #1, with many people interacting, writing on the moving sculptures and controlling the cameras. The most used word from the audience when describing it was "beautiful".

Local entry to Archauz International Choreography Competition
Noelia and Andreas will be dancing in the AICC with "Showroom Dummies" on 10th June at Archauz, Århus. The piece was selected from over 140 entries spanning 40 countries to appear in the semi final. Expect something innovative and playful! More about AICC

Paradise is coming together nicely
The transformation of Godsbanen is going well with fantastic installations, interactive characters and a soundscape full of flavour! The crew are working hard helped by the endless supply of cookies from Netto! Finally we can annouce Paradise!
The old railway freight building "Godsbanen" in Aarhus will house three floors of site specific installations, performers and video works - all connected through a fragmented storyline. This will be part of the Dansens Dage festival in Denmark, tickets availablehere.

Welcome to the New Year!
As we near the end of January we have all given up and forgotten about our New Years Resolutions, the gym member card has already been lost and the diet went out the window after you found the new flavour of "Ben and Jerrys" Ice cream, but the crew have plans for 2010 that include a site specific work, several stage pieces and some little surprises along the way :)
